We want you to have a wonderful, relaxing stay while also being respectful of our neighbors and the peaceful Seagrove Highlands community. The Condo Management Association requests that all bikes be returned each day to the designated bike rack by the community pool. Please do not leave bikes outside in the hallways or inside/outside the screened back porch. No smoking: Smoking, vaping, or use of tobacco or cannabis products is not permitted inside the condo or anywhere on the premises. No pets: No pets or animals are permitted in the condo, except where required by applicable law. No parties or events: Parties, celebrations, gatherings, or events are not permitted. Only registered guests may stay at the property. Quiet hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during quiet hours, 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. This includes music, television, conversations, and activity on the screened porch. Good neighbor policy: Please treat the condo and the Seagrove Highlands community with the same care and respect you would want for your own home.
